In order to maximize the healing process we equip our patients with our free health app to download on their cell phone, laptop or tablet to use to remain motivated and track progress!
Our integrative home care wellness program is a combination of self guided acupressure therapy, qi gong meridian movement therapy, education, daily living tips and self guided meditation videos designed to reduce stress, decrease pain and promote continual wellness between appointments.
